Open Territories

American-made products. Distributors who know their market.

An importer applies. The manufacturer decides. The two companies agree the terms.

What this is. A first introduction between a U.S. manufacturer and an established importer that wants to distribute its products in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile. Fromerica checks that an application meets a published minimum and presents it. Fromerica does not verify an applicant's capacity, does not recommend anyone, is not an agent of either side and charges no commission. Whether there is a distribution agreement is decided only by the two companies.

★ For U.S. manufacturers

Ask for representation abroad

Tell us which countries you want covered and what you offer a distributor. We review the request and publish it as an open territory. Applications arrive in a standard format based on the U.S. Department of Commerce's checklist for choosing a foreign representative. You decide who to talk to.

Apply to distribute an American brand

Established importing companies apply in Spanish: they fill in the company's details, choose the product categories they want to distribute, and may add manufacturers they have already seen on Fromerica or leave the application open by category. Minimum to apply: a registered company of at least 3 years, authorized to import, with two lines it distributes today and two trade references.
