What is denied party screening?
Denied party screening checks whether a buyer, importer, end user or other party appears on a US government restricted-party list before you do business with them. The main lists come from the Treasury Department (OFAC), the Commerce Department (BIS) and the State Department, and are combined in the Consolidated Screening List.
