1. Our commitment
Fromerica LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use fromerica.com. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we take accessibility into account when we design and build new pages.
2. What we do
Pages declare their language, images carry text alternatives, and our data pages present figures in tables and text, not only in charts or maps; exporter search results are listed next to the map. We are reviewing the site against WCAG 2.1 AA, including keyboard navigation, focus visibility and color contrast, and we fix the issues we find.
3. Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties, such as Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA and the Stripe payment page, whose accessibility is controlled by those providers. If one of them prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will help you complete it another way, for example by email.
4. Report a barrier or ask for help
If you find an accessibility barrier on fromerica.com, or need information in an alternative format, write to info@fromerica.com with the subject "Accessibility", including the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within 5 business days and to provide the information or service you need in an accessible way.
