Changes to the General, Special or Other duty rate of an HTS code, detected between two daily downloads of the official schedule from the US International Trade Commission (USITC) and reviewed by our team before they are published.

No tariff rate changes to report since Sep 16, 2026. Rates in the schedule change when the USITC publishes a revision or a new tariff action takes effect, so quiet periods are normal. You can check any code in the free tariff tool.

How Trade Watch works

Every day Fromerica downloads the Harmonized Tariff Schedule published by the US International Trade Commission (USITC). Each download is compared with the previous one and only the differences are recorded. Each detected change is reviewed by our team before it appears here. Nothing on this page is estimated.

Dates show when Fromerica detected a change, which can be later than the date the change took effect.

Every day. Fromerica downloads the official tariff schedule daily and records what changed between one download and the next.

Where does the data come from?

From the Harmonized Tariff Schedule published by the US International Trade Commission (USITC).

Why does the page say there are no changes?

We only publish changes we detected and our team reviewed since the date shown. The tariff schedule is revised only occasionally, so a quiet period simply means no rate in the schedule changed.

Is the rate shown the rate I will pay?

Not necessarily. The duty that applies to a shipment depends on how the product is classified, its country of origin, any trade programs and other measures. Confirm it with US Customs and Border Protection or a licensed customs broker. This page is not legal advice.
